William Wendling

William (Bill) Wendling, CFA, is the Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Investment Officer at Bedel Financial Consulting, Inc., based in Carmel, Indiana. In his current role since 1996, he leads the development and implementation of tailored investment strategies, working closely with clients to ensure their portfolios are structured to meet unique long-term financial goals. His expertise encompasses the construction, monitoring, and adjustment of diversified portfolios aligned with both client objectives and market conditions.

Wendling specializes in managing a broad array of asset classes, with a particular emphasis on fixed income securities, equities, and portfolio strategies that serve as ballast during market volatility. A magna cum laude graduate from the University of Indianapolis with a B.S. in Economics/Finance and Mathematics, Wendling is a Chartered Financial Analyst and an active member of the CFA Institute.
