Rene Negron

Rene Negron is a Portfolio & Research Analyst at BigSur Partners, the advisory arm of BigSur Wealth Management LLC, based in New York, NY. In this capacity, he supports the investment team in performing research, due diligence, and portfolio management for ultra-high-net-worth clients, with a strong presence in both New York and Miami.

He primarily focuses on the financial services and investment management sectors, working with multi-asset portfolios that span public and private markets, including alternative investments and real estate. BigSur Partners is particularly known for catering to Latin American and international families with significant cross-border wealth management needs.

Prior to joining BigSur in 2021, Rene held associate and analyst roles at KKR & Co. Inc. and Evercore, gaining experience in private equity and investment banking. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Psychology from New York University’s Stern School of Business and is recognized for his expertise in portfolio analysis, investment research, and client advisory for complex, multi-generational wealth structures.
