Paul Muzzey

Paul A. Muzzey, CFA, serves as President and Principal at Capital Investment Services of America, Inc. in Milwaukee, WI, where he also acts as a Portfolio Manager, Advisor, and member of the firm's Investment Team. He leads the firm's investment strategy while maintaining direct client relationships and overseeing portfolio management responsibilities, particularly for private clients and institutional investors.

Paul specializes in active portfolio management across both equity and fixed income asset classes, drawing on significant expertise from his earlier roles as a Portfolio Manager in a Chicago bank's trust department and as Manager of Fixed Income Trading at a major Milwaukee bank holding company. At Capital, he has a focus on equity and fixed income securities, applying rigorous analytical discipline to security selection and portfolio construction.

He holds an MBA in finance and economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BS from the University of Illinois. A Chartered Financial Analyst® charterholder and Registered Investment Advisor representative, Paul has contributed to the industry as an educator and through his leadership at Capital since 1989, helping to shape firm-wide best practices in investment management and client advisory services.
