Woodson Whitehead

Woodson Whitehead is a Partner and Chief Executive Officer at Green Square Wealth Management, based in Memphis, TN. In this role, he works closely with high-net-worth families to develop investment strategies and oversee the asset allocation process, focusing on cash-flow oriented strategies and long-term value creation within multi-family office and institutional contexts.

His expertise spans a broad range of asset classes, including leveraged finance, given his prior experience at Credit Suisse Securities where he advised on and executed more than $15 billion of leveraged finance transactions. Before joining Green Square in 2013, Woodson provided audit and attestation services to financial sector clients at Deloitte & Touche, further deepening his background in finance and asset management.

Woodson holds a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and both BBA and BA degrees in Economics, with honors, as well as a Master of Science in Accounting from Southern Methodist University. He is a CPA and holds a Series 65 license, demonstrating his strong technical foundation and regulatory expertise in investment advisory services.
