Stephen Kolano, CFA is the Chief Investment Officer at Integrated Partners, where he spearheads the investment management strategy for the integrated family office and works closely with advisors to tailor client portfolios. Based in Hamilton, MA, Kolano oversees all facets of investment research, portfolio construction, and risk management for the firm’s high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clientele.

Kolano specializes in multi-asset class investing, bringing deep expertise in public equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and portfolio diversification strategies. He is especially focused on developing customized portfolios for affluent families and closely held business owners, leveraging his experience with both traditional and alternative asset classes to meet complex, multi-generational wealth needs.

Before joining Integrated Partners, Kolano spent more than 19 years at BNY Mellon, serving in multiple senior roles including Chief Investment Officer, as well as positions in equity trading, equity analysis, and portfolio management. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and is recognized in the industry for his ability to integrate advanced risk management with highly personalized investment solutions.
