Eugene Bodden

Eugene Bodden is the Senior Trader at Investment Placement Group (IPG), based in Miami, Florida. In this role, he is responsible for executing complex trading strategies and managing client portfolios, with a focus on both domestic and offshore markets, particularly Latin American clientele. His expertise spans emerging market fixed income, where he contributes to IPG's diversified wealth management services, leveraging his deep sector experience to deliver value to institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Prior to joining IPG in 2019, Eugene held a Director position at ARCA Capital Investments (2009-2019), and previously served as Director of Emerging Market Fixed Income at IPG (2006-2009). With over 20 years in the financial industry, he is recognized for his leadership in trading and asset management, especially within emerging market debt and fixed income asset classes.

Eugene earned his BA from Baruch College, solidifying his foundation in finance and investment. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in expanding IPG's Miami office and growing its offshore business, notably contributing to the firm's strong presence in Latin American markets and its $5 billion in assets under management.
