Joe Neuberger

Joe Neuberger is the President and CEO of Kornitzer Capital Management (KCM), based in Mission, Kansas, with firm-wide responsibility for managing day-to-day operations, business strategy, and long-term growth initiatives. Appointed in October 2022 as part of a planned succession, he leads KCM, one of the top fee-based investment advisers in the Kansas City region, and serves as the adviser to the Buffalo Funds, which includes a diverse range of mutual funds covering domestic equities, fixed income, and balanced strategies.

Neuberger brings over 35 years of financial services experience, having previously served as President of U.S. Bank Global Fund Services for six years and holding various leadership roles overseeing business lines for 28 years at U.S. Bank. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at Arthur Andersen as a Tax Manager in the Capital Market Group, gaining expertise in mutual fund administration, institutional investment, and private client services.

He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin–Whitewater and is a Certified Public Accountant, as well as a member of the American and Wisconsin Institute of CPAs. Throughout his career, Neuberger has served on numerous mutual fund boards and is recognized for advancing client-focused, personalized portfolio management across equity and fixed income asset classes, with a mission to help clients attain long-term financial goals through tailored solutions.
