Lauren Moone

Lauren Moone is Executive Vice President at Mirador Capital Partners LP, based in Pleasanton, California, where she leads investment strategy and chairs the firm's Investment Committee. She advises high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutional clients, specializing in comprehensive financial planning, portfolio construction, and tax-efficient investment strategies—including employer stock optimization, wealth transfer, and concentrated equity positions. Her expertise covers both public and private equity investments, as well as fiduciary oversight of complex multi-asset portfolios.

Lauren has more than 15 years of experience in investment management, previously serving as Director of Investments at First Republic Bank, where she supervised over $2 billion in fiduciary assets. Earlier in her career, she worked with Harris myCFO and Brownson, Rehmus & Foxworth, providing portfolio construction and asset allocation advice to ultra-high-net-worth families and foundations, and began in investment banking at Barrington Associates.

She holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from Claremont McKenna College and is a CFA Charterholder, CFP® practitioner, and Certified Private Wealth Advisor (CPWA®). Lauren is recognized for her thought leadership in public and private investments, wealth transfer strategies, and retirement planning.
