Emmy Zhang is currently a Summer Analyst at Moon Capital Management LP in Los Angeles, CA, where she supports the firm's investment research, deal sourcing, and financial modeling across multiple asset classes. Her responsibilities include evaluating emerging investment opportunities, performing due diligence, and contributing to the firm's strategic investment decisions, with a particular focus on venture capital and private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Moon Capital Management, Emmy has advanced through increasingly senior roles at Harvard Undergraduate Capital Partners, first as a Sourcing Analyst and then as Sourcing Principal. In these roles, she specialized in deal origination, pipeline management, and sector analysis, particularly in technology, consumer, and healthcare verticals. She has demonstrated skills in building networks with founders and investors, and her sourcing activities have helped expand the firm’s coverage in growth-stage investments.

Emmy holds a degree in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Harvard University and previously graduated from Harvard-Westlake School.
