Ryan Davis

Ryan Davis, CFA®, CAIA®, serves as Chief Investment Officer and President at Next Capital Management LLC, based in West Windsor Township, NJ. In this role, he leads the firm’s overall investment strategy, portfolio management, and due diligence processes, with responsibility for oversight of asset allocation and risk management across both traditional and alternative asset classes.

Mr. Davis specializes in multi-asset portfolio construction with a focus on alternative investments including hedge funds, private equity, and real estate, as well as traditional assets for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients. He is recognized for his expertise in the research, selection, and implementation of non-traditional investment solutions, and has contributed to asset allocation and market research featured in industry journals.

Prior to his current role, Davis served as Chief Operating Officer and Director of Research at Next Capital Management, following his tenure as Senior Analyst of Alternative Investments at Fortigent, LLC, where he focused on hedge funds and multi-asset portfolios. He holds a B.S. in Economics from The George Washington University, attended Blair Academy, and carries the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation, along with being a Level III candidate in the CFA® program, underscoring his commitment to upholding the highest investment industry standards.
