Brent Field

Brent Field is the Chief Investment Officer and Partner at NorthRock Partners, a leading financial services firm headquartered in Minneapolis, MN. In his role, Brent leads the firm’s Investment Committee, sets the strategic investment direction for client portfolios, and oversees a team responsible for asset allocation, portfolio management, investment research, security selection, and trading activities.

With over 20 years of experience, Brent specializes in multi-asset portfolio construction, encompassing public equities, fixed income, alternative investments, and private markets. He works with high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients, providing expertise in strategic asset allocation and risk management across a broad range of sectors.

Brent holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) designation and earned his bachelor’s degree in International Business from St. Cloud State University. He is recognized for his leadership in shaping NorthRock’s investment philosophy and process, as well as for his significant contributions to the advancement of research-driven investment strategies for diverse client needs.
