Eric Suttmiller, CFA, is a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager at Oarsman Capital, Inc., where he has been a key team member since 2020. In his current role, he is responsible for valuing securities across multiple asset classes, portfolio analytics, and portfolio construction. He also serves on the firm's Investment Committee, contributing to strategic investment decisions and overall portfolio management.

Eric's analytical work spans a broad range of sectors and asset classes, with specific expertise in both equity and fixed income instruments. Before joining Oarsman Capital, Eric managed operations at a privately held food manufacturer, providing him with business management experience outside of financial services. Eric earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2024.
