Philip Hart

Philip Hart is President and Chief Investment Officer at Perigon Partners, LLC, based in San Francisco. He co-founded the firm and serves as its principal portfolio manager, overseeing the firm's blue chip equity strategies as well as taxable and tax-free fixed income portfolios. In his current role, Hart leads investment policy and asset allocation, with a particular focus on large-cap equities and municipal as well as corporate bonds.

Hart’s investment expertise is concentrated in blue chip equities and fixed income, and he is recognized for his rigorous portfolio construction and risk management practices. Prior to founding Perigon, he was a Senior Vice President at Bishop Street Capital Management, further honing his experience in institutional asset management and private wealth advisory.

Hart holds a degree from the University of Oregon and brings nearly five decades of industry experience to his leadership at Perigon Partners, LLC. He is known for developing long-term investment strategies and has made significant contributions to portfolio design, particularly for high-net-worth individuals and family offices in the San Francisco Bay Area.
