Conrad van Tienhoven

Conrad van Tienhoven is Principal and Portfolio Manager at RiverPark Capital Management LLC, based in New York, NY. He currently manages the RiverPark Large Growth Fund and the RiverPark Long/Short Opportunity Fund, overseeing investments in large-cap equities with a focus on identifying growth businesses that are competitively advantaged and well-positioned for long-term value creation.

His sector expertise spans internet media, ecommerce, hardware, software, online business services, as well as healthcare and healthcare technology, both at RiverPark and previously during his nine-year tenure at Baron Funds where he served as Senior Analyst on multiple funds. Conrad's analytical background includes significant contributions to fund strategy in these sectors, with an approach described as having a value orientation toward growth.

Conrad holds a B.A. in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin (1997), and entered the investment management industry after early roles at Dean Witter Reynolds and Smith Barney. He is recognized for his disciplined, theme-based investment process and for helping to guide the RiverPark fund family since its formation, earning a reputation for deep sector expertise and strong portfolio management in both mutual fund and hedge fund structures.
