Richard Ryskalczyk, CFA, is Co-Managing Partner and Chief Equity Analyst at Sandhill Capital Partners LLC in Buffalo, NY. Leading Sandhill's Research team, he manages day-to-day investment activities and serves as the primary manager of the firm's proprietary large-cap equity portfolio, which features a concentrated, multi-cap approach to stock selection focused on structural economic advantages and long-term growth. His expertise includes in-depth analysis across U.S. equities—especially large-cap growth companies in the technology (such as cybersecurity), healthcare (including medical technology), and industrial sectors—while also overseeing fixed income strategies that leverage bottom-up research to identify quality credit opportunities.

Ryskalczyk joined Sandhill in 2010, ascending from Equity Analyst to Partner, then Chief Equity Analyst before taking on the co-managing partner role in 2023 and lead portfolio manager responsibilities in 2025.
