Joel Sebagala is an Analyst at Seafarer Capital Partners, LLC, where he contributes to the firm’s research and investment processes focusing on emerging and frontier markets. Joel’s prior experience includes his tenure as a Toigo Fellow with the Toigo Foundation and as a Summer MBA Equity Analyst at Seafarer Capital Partners, where he sharpened his skills in equity analysis and gained exposure to investment strategies tailored to developing economies. His sector interests are primarily centered on emerging market equities and global value investing, with a strong understanding of macroeconomic trends impacting these regions.

He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and completed an MBA Exchange Program in Understanding Emerging Markets at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
