Jessica Bolster

Jessica Bolster is Executive Director, Investments, at TIFF Investment Management in Boston, MA, where she serves as a senior member of the investment team and works closely with TIFF’s Chief Investment Officer. Her responsibilities include trading, portfolio construction, and the ongoing management of the firm’s multi-asset class investment strategies, including oversight of the TIFF Multi-Asset Fund and the TIFF Short-Term Fund. She plays a key role in ensuring effective diversification across multiple asset classes, with a focus on both US and international equities, fixed income, and short-duration strategies.

Jessica’s prior experience includes positions as a Trading and Investment Operations Analyst at The Baupost Group and as a Senior Performance Analyst at Geode Capital Management, where she deepened her expertise in investment operations, performance analytics, and institutional portfolio management. At TIFF, she has contributed to the design and execution of investment approaches tailored to foundations, endowments, and non-profit institutions, with a specific focus on portfolio efficiency, risk management, and active security selection.

She holds an MBA in Asset Management from Boston College and a BSBA in Finance from Bryant University, supplemented by international study at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo. Jessica is recognized for her knowledge of multi-asset investing, short-term fixed income, and her ability to manage portfolios spanning US and global markets for institutional clients, reflecting a commitment to delivering long-term investment results for non-profit organizations.
