Joshua Flade

Joshua Flade, CFA, is currently the Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at TownSquare Capital LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this capacity, he co-leads the investment team, chairs the investment committee, and oversees the firm's multi-asset strategies, including public equities, fixed income, ETF/mutual fund models, and private investments, with a particular expertise in fixed income and credit research.

Flade's investment focus spans global fixed income strategies and credit analysis, with deep experience in Financial Institutions, REITs, Healthcare, Oil and Gas, and Central Counterparties (CCPs), covering both developed and emerging markets. He previously held senior analyst and portfolio management roles at Ensign Peak Advisors and Goldman Sachs, where he specialized in global sector coverage and led research in both buy-side and sell-side environments.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Russian from Brigham Young University and is a CFA charterholder. Flade is recognized for his leadership in the investment community, having served as President of CFA Society Salt Lake and Vice President of the BYU Management Society Salt Lake Chapter, and is frequently engaged in financial education and mentoring initiatives.
