Ann Bordetsky

Ann Bordetsky is a Partner at New Enterprise Associates (NEA), one of the world's leading venture capital firms, where she specializes in early-stage investments in the AI application stack, primarily focusing on seed and Series A rounds. Her investment focus centers on consumer AI, future-of-work technology, wellness, and commerce sectors, with notable portfolio companies including Perplexity AI, ElevenLabs, and Ceramic AI. Ann is known for backing startups that drive economic empowerment and leverage AI to democratize knowledge and productivity for global audiences.

Prior to joining NEA in 2021, Bordetsky held executive leadership roles in several major technology companies, including Chief Operating Officer of Rival (acquired by Live Nation/Ticketmaster), Director of Business Development & Strategic Initiatives at Uber, and Head of Commerce & Consumer Product Business Development at Twitter. Her career began in federal policy and environmental initiatives in Washington, D.C., reflecting her longstanding interest in impact-driven innovation.

Ann holds an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Environmental Science, Policy and Management from UC Berkeley.
