WNS (Holdings) Limited will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. GMT.
The AGM is contingent on a proposed acquisition by Capgemini S.E.; if the acquisition completes on or prior to the AGM date, the meeting will be cancelled.
