Will Hawley

Willard Hawley is an Analyst at Beach Point Capital Management, a global investment manager specializing in credit-related investments. In his current role, he is responsible for conducting fundamental research and company analysis to support the firm's flexible, value-oriented approach in both liquid and illiquid credit markets, as well as direct lending and structured credit opportunities.

Hawley’s expertise spans performing deep company-level due diligence and financial analysis across a diverse set of credit-focused asset classes, including corporate credit, private credit, and structured credit. His research supports investment decisions that cover high yield bonds, senior loans, and bespoke private credit transactions catering to middle-market companies.

Prior to joining Beach Point in July 2022, Willard Hawley worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Rothschild & Co, where he gained experience in M&A advisory and capital markets across various industries. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy, providing him with a strong quantitative and analytical foundation for credit investing.
