Elena Khoziaeva

Elena Khoziaeva, CFA, serves as Co-Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Bridgeway Capital Management, LLC in Houston, TX. She leads Bridgeway’s US equity investing efforts, overseeing the firm’s research program, portfolio management, trading, and investment systems. Her role includes chairing the Best Execution Committee and participating in risk management, pricing, and liquidity oversight committees, as well as supporting client services initiatives.

Elena specializes in US equity strategies, with a particular focus on quantitative investment approaches across various market capitalizations. Her expertise spans both behavioral finance and the application of advanced investment systems in portfolio management. She is deeply engaged with best execution practices and is committed to advancing financial literacy initiatives and education in the investment community.

Prior to Bridgeway, Elena earned a Bachelor of Economic Sciences from Belarussian State Economic University and graduated with highest honors from the University of Houston with an MBA in accounting and finance. She has furthered her professional development through Harvard Business School’s Investment Management Workshop and has been recognized for her advocacy in women’s investment management and financial literacy outreach.
