Andrew Cullivan, CFA, is Lead Portfolio Manager at Crossmark Global Investments, based in Boston, MA. Joining Crossmark in April 2024, he oversees the Steward International Enhanced Index Fund, Steward Values-Focused Large Cap Enhanced Index Fund, and Steward Values-Focused Small-Mid Cap Enhanced Index Fund. His responsibilities involve managing enhanced index products and custom equity index solutions, particularly focusing on systematic portfolio management, rules-based quantitative processes, and risk management for values-driven institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Previously, Andrew was a Portfolio Manager at Veriti Management, where he built and managed systematic, values-based portfolios, and served as VP - Regional Director of Quantitative and Risk Analytics at FactSet, leading specialist teams and consulting for asset managers, plan sponsors, and wealth managers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Bentley University and is a CFA charterholder. His background highlights a significant contribution to the adoption of quantitative and direct-indexing methodologies in asset management, serving both institutional and individual investors.
