Bob Doll

Bob Doll is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer at Crossmark Global Investments, Inc., based in Princeton, NJ. He joined Crossmark in May 2021 as CIO, assuming the additional roles of President and CEO in January 2024, where he provides firm-wide strategy, oversees leadership and investment teams, and serves as portfolio manager for several U.S. large cap equity strategies.

With over 40 years in the asset management industry, Doll is especially recognized for his expertise in U.S. large cap equities and values-based investment strategies. He previously held senior leadership and portfolio management roles at Nuveen Asset Management, BlackRock, Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, and Oppenheimer Funds, bringing a strong focus on economic trends, market cycles, and faith-driven investing to his work at Crossmark.

Doll holds a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University, as well as an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is a CFA charterholder and CPA, and is widely recognized for his annual market predictions and frequent media commentary.
