Rob Botard

Rob Botard, CFA, is the Head of Equity Investments and Portfolio Manager at Crossmark Global Investments in Houston, Texas, where he leads the firm’s equity investment strategies and oversees the Steward Global Equity Income Fund as well as the Global Equity Income SMA strategy. As part of his role, he manages values-based and income-focused equity portfolios, with a primary focus on global and U.S. equity income strategies that emphasize dividend-yielding securities and ethical investment mandates.

With over 30 years of investment management experience, Botard previously served as a portfolio manager at Invesco, where he specialized in Diversified Dividend and Dividend Income strategies and held roles in quantitative equity analysis and derivatives trading. His expertise covers global equities, equity income, and quantitative equity processes—particularly for portfolios seeking to align investment performance with client values and dividend-driven objectives.

Botard holds a Master of International Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and a BBA in Finance and International Business from The University of Texas at Austin. He is a CFA Charterholder and is recognized for his leadership and deep experience in both active and systematic equity strategies, making significant contributions to faith-aligned and responsible investing initiatives throughout his career.
