Karli Waterman

Karli Waterman is the former Head of Investor Relations and a Managing Director at EJF Capital LLC, based in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. At EJF Capital, she was responsible for managing all aspects of investor due diligence, formalizing internal processes, and overseeing the integration of ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and DEI (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) initiatives across the firm.
