Peter Dawes

Peter Dawes is a Summer Analyst at EXOR CAPITAL LLP in London, where he contributes to investment research and analysis for one of Europe’s leading multi-asset investment firms. His current role involves supporting senior investment professionals in evaluating global public and private equity opportunities, particularly within the sectors that EXOR is known for, such as industrials, consumer brands, and financial services.

Peter’s previous experience includes a stint as a Summer Analyst and a Research Analyst at Exor Spa, the holding company behind EXOR CAPITAL LLP, which provided him with exposure to fundamental company analysis, financial modeling, and sector-specific due diligence. He has developed expertise in evaluating companies across diversified industries, with a particular academic interest in the intersection of law, corporate governance, and capital markets.

He holds a Master of Science from the Department of Sociology at the London School of Economics (LSE), a Bachelor of Law from New College of the Humanities, and degrees from Durham University and GEMS Education. Peter has contributed to research supporting investment decisions at leading private equity and multi-asset firms, distinguished by his analytical rigor and multidisciplinary background in law and social sciences.
