Umberto Tribuzio

Umberto Tribuzio is a Principal at EXOR, one of Europe’s largest diversified investment holding companies, based in London. In his current role, he is responsible for managing investments across EXOR’s global portfolio and plays a key part in shaping firmwide strategy and executing major investment transactions. His work is closely linked with the Finance and Investments team, focusing on evaluating opportunities and optimizing capital allocation in alignment with EXOR’s corporate objectives.

Tribuzio’s primary investment focus includes sectors such as industrials, automotive, reinsurance, consumer and luxury brands, media, and technology. EXOR’s portfolio companies include notable names such as Ferrari, Stellantis, CNH Industrial, PartnerRe, and The Economist, highlighting his exposure to these industries through both direct investments and strategic holdings. He has also served as a board member at GEDI Gruppo Editoriale, reflecting his engagement in media and publishing investments.

His academic background is distinguished, holding a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Physics and dual Master of Science degrees in Nanotechnologies for ICT from Politecnico di Torino and Grenoble INP. He completed further graduate studies at EPFL and MIT and holds an MBA from Collège des Ingénieurs.
