Robert Kosowsky

Robert Kosowsky, CFA, is Associate Portfolio Manager at First Eagle Investments in New York, where he co-manages the Small Cap strategy. In this capacity, he focuses on identifying value-driven opportunities across the U.S. small-cap equity universe, helping construct diversified portfolios that seek out companies trading at a discount to their normalized valuation and exhibiting strong catalysts for price appreciation.

Prior to joining First Eagle in April 2021, Kosowsky served as Assistant Portfolio Manager and previously as an Analyst at Royce Investment Partners, with a particular emphasis on the Small Cap Opportunistic Value strategy. His expertise spans a broad range of sectors within small-cap equities, operating as a generalist covering multiple industries rather than focusing on a single segment.

He holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Boston College, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. Kosowsky is known for his disciplined valuation approach and his ability to uncover underappreciated opportunities in less-covered segments of the market, contributing to the long-term outperformance of small-cap investment portfolios.
