Andrew Sheehan

Andrew Sheehan is currently an ETF Research Analyst at Innovator ETFs®, based in Hillside, IL, where he joined the firm in June 2025. In his role, he analyzes and evaluates exchange-traded fund strategies, focusing on product research and market trends to support Innovator’s suite of defined outcome ETFs and related investment solutions. His research informs portfolio construction and provides insights across various asset classes such as equities, fixed income, and alternatives, with a particular emphasis on structured and rules-based investment strategies in the ETF market.

Prior to joining Innovator ETFs®, Andrew worked in outside operations at TPC of Scottsdale and has held the Honor Caddie position at Butler National Golf Club since 2018. These experiences equipped him with strong analytical and client-facing skills that enhance his approach to ETF product research and investor education.

Andrew holds a degree in Business Analytics with a focus on Analysis and Functional Analysis from Grand Canyon University, and attended Timothy Christian Schools. His expertise lies in quantitative analysis, investment product research, and financial markets. At Innovator, he contributes to thought leadership and product development in the ETF sector, supporting the firm’s mission of offering innovative solutions for portfolio risk management and market participation.
