Cayman Seacrest

Cayman Seacrest is the Managing Partner at Jasper Ridge Partners, based in Menlo Park, California, where he also Chairs the Portfolio Construction Committee. He leads the firm's asset allocation, risk management, and investment sizing, and oversees the beta overlay program and all elements of fixed income investments, including traditional fixed income, relative value hedge funds, and global macro hedge funds. His focus spans public markets, primarily within fixed income and multi-asset strategies, and his committee steers investment activity across sectors such as equities, global macro, and alternative hedge fund structures.

Previously, Cayman served as Director and Head of Multi-sector Portfolio Management at BlackRock, where he managed fixed income funds and hedge fund strategies, and as a fixed income analyst at Western Asset Management. He began his career at Bear Stearns and has nearly two decades of experience in institutional asset management, portfolio construction, and risk oversight.

Cayman holds a B.A. (with Distinction) in Mathematics from Colorado College, an M.A. in Mathematics from the University of Colorado, and an M.S. in Mathematics in Finance from the Courant Institute at NYU. His expertise in quantitative finance, asset allocation, and fixed income portfolio management has contributed significantly to advancing risk-adjusted returns and innovative investment programs at leading institutions.
