Nick Tandon

Nick (Nikhilesh) Tandon is a Partner at Jasper Ridge Partners, L.P., where he oversees public market manager selection and leads strategies in estate, tax, and philanthropic planning. He has been instrumental in shaping the firm's approach to public markets, drawing on deep experience in hedge fund and public market manager selection since initially joining the firm in 2005. In his role, he focuses on evaluating and allocating capital to hedge funds and other public market investment vehicles, working closely with both internal teams and external managers.

Tandon's expertise centers on public markets, notably hedge funds and related strategies, with a proven track record in manager selection and portfolio construction. Before his current partnership role, he progressed from associate to principal at Jasper Ridge (previously Oak Hill Investment Management), and he also served as an analyst in DB Advisors and Absolute Return Strategies at Deutsche Bank.

He earned his MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and holds a BA in Economics from Columbia University, in addition to his earlier education at Sidwell Friends School. Tandon is recognized for his integrated approach to investment management, combining portfolio oversight with sophisticated planning for client estates and philanthropy, contributing meaningfully to Jasper Ridge’s advisory platform.
