Brittny Allred

Brittny Allred, CFA, is Principal, Vice President, and Portfolio Manager/Analyst at Luther King Capital Management (LKCM), based in Dallas, TX. She joined LKCM in 2013, where she leads investment management with particular responsibility as the firm’s consumer staples sector analyst, managing dedicated portfolios and conducting proprietary equity research for institutional and high-net-worth clients.

Her investment expertise is most notable in the consumer staples sector, and she has developed a deep understanding of publicly traded equities within this industry. Before joining LKCM, Allred was an equity research associate at Stephens, Inc. and previously worked as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan Securities, both in Dallas—roles which provided her with broad experience in equity analysis and capital markets.

Allred holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Southern Methodist University as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a CFA charterholder, active in the CFA Society of Dallas/Fort Worth where she has previously served on the board, and is recognized for her involvement in both the investment community and local philanthropic organizations.
