Adam Rich

Adam Rich, CFA, is Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager at Vaughan Nelson Investment Management, based in Houston, Texas. In this senior leadership role, he co-leads the firm's capital allocation and portfolio management efforts for the international equity strategies, focusing extensively on global investment opportunities and capital allocation trends. With over 15 years of experience in investment management and research, Adam has built expertise in international equities, particularly within sectors impacted by disruptive innovation, capital expenditure cycles, and global supply chain dynamics—recently with additional emphasis on industrials, technology, and AI-related industries.

Prior to being named Deputy CIO, Adam served as Vice President of Equity Investments and as an Equity Analyst at Vaughan Nelson, where he developed deep analytical skills and sector coverage, helping guide research and portfolio decisions across a range of countries and industries.
