Deborah Sabo

Deborah Sabo is the Senior Trader at Vaughan Nelson Investment Management, where she manages all aspects of trading for the firm's global equity portfolios. Based in Corte Madera, CA, she leverages over three decades of investment and trading experience to oversee equity trades and support portfolio managers in execution across domestic and international markets, focusing primarily on equities. Her role encompasses trade strategy, market analysis, and operational oversight for the firm’s equity assets.

Previously, Deborah was a Founding Partner and Head of Trading at Jackson Square Partners, LLC, where she led the trading desk for nearly nine years and later served as Consulting Partner and Head of Trading. Throughout her career, she has developed specialized expertise in equity markets, serving institutional investors with an emphasis on U.S. and global equities, and has played key roles in trading strategy and operational leadership at both boutique and large asset management firms.

Deborah holds a B.A. in Business and Japanese from the University of Pittsburgh. She is recognized in the industry for her depth of experience and was honored as a Wall Street Women Buyside Equities Award winner, reflecting her significant contributions to trading excellence and her efforts to advance operational standards within institutional investment management.
