Timothy Lindsay

Timothy J. Lindsay, CFA, is the Head of Manager Research and Portfolio Manager at Klingenstein Fields Advisors, based in Rockville Centre, NY. In this role, he leads the firm's manager research process and plays a central part in the oversight and selection of investment managers across various asset classes, developing customized investment strategies for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients.

Lindsay’s expertise spans traditional and alternative investments, with a particular focus on due diligence and performance evaluation of external managers across equities, fixed income, and alternative asset classes. As portfolio manager, he helps structure and implement multi-asset class portfolios, working closely with clients that include families, individuals, and non-profit institutions.

Prior to joining Klingenstein Fields Advisors in 2019, Lindsay served as Senior Vice President at The Solaris Group, LLC, where he was responsible for investment research and portfolio management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Fordham University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, further establishing his credentials as a leader in investment manager research and multi-asset portfolio construction.
