Terrence Milka

Terrence Milka is Chief Investment Officer of The MassMutual Trust Company, FSB, where he oversees the development and management of the firm’s investment strategies and leads the investment team in asset allocation, manager selection, and risk oversight. He is responsible for guiding the trust’s diversified investment portfolio, focusing on long-term objectives for institutional and private clients. His areas of expertise include multi-asset portfolios, fixed income, equities, and alternative investments relevant to fiduciary and wealth management clients.

He has held senior leadership roles at MassMutual Trust Company since 2008, after serving as Second Vice President of Due Diligence at MML Investors Services Inc., where he evaluated third-party asset managers and conducted investment research. Throughout his career, Milka has demonstrated significant capabilities in manager due diligence, portfolio construction, and client relationship management, with a particular focus on the insurance and trust sectors.

Milka earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Hartford and a B.S. in Finance from Central Connecticut State University. Widely recognized for his deep industry expertise, he has contributed to the evolution of institutional investment practices at MassMutual through his leadership in asset allocation and risk management.
