Frank Galdi

Frank Galdi is a partner, Chief Risk Officer, and Deputy Chief Investment Officer at Palisade Capital Management, LP, based in the New York metropolitan area. In his current role, he oversees both portfolio and enterprise risk management, focusing on identifying and mitigating investment risks across all strategies at the firm. His responsibilities include designing and implementing risk frameworks and analytics to support the firm's investment decision-making process, with particular emphasis on alternative investments, equities, and asset management.

With more than 20 years in the investment management industry, Frank brings deep expertise in buy-side risk management, portfolio analytics, and structured credit. Prior to joining Palisade, he held senior investment and risk management roles at New York Life and Bear Stearns, where he was involved with structured credit strategies and buy-side risk surveillance. His experience covers a broad range of asset classes, including alternative investments and structured finance products.

Frank holds an MBA in Finance from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, where he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma honor society. He also earned a BA in Accounting from Pace University and is recognized for his leadership skills and problem-solving abilities in complex financial environments. Noteworthy contributions include developing risk management systems and fostering shared learning within the industry.
