Chris Paciello

Chris Paciello, CFA, is a Partner and Senior Research Analyst at Penn Capital Management Company, LLC, based in Boston, MA. In his current role, he serves as an Assistant Portfolio Manager for Penn Capital’s Opportunistic Credit strategy, specializing in research and investment recommendations within the Consumer Discretionary and Healthcare sectors. Mr. Paciello focuses on high yield and distressed securities, leveraging over 20 years of experience in equity and credit research to guide portfolio decisions for institutional clients.

Before joining Penn Capital in 2012, Paciello held analyst positions at Standish Asset Management, where he covered high yield and distressed securities for the cable media, telecommunications, paper and packaging, and healthcare industries. He was also a Senior High Yield Analyst at Gartmore Global Investments and worked as both a trader and an analyst for W.R. Huff Asset Management, gaining expertise in high yield and equity securities.

Mr. Paciello holds an MBA in Finance from Villanova University and a BS in Entrepreneurship/Finance from Babson College. His significant career contributions include building deep sector-specific expertise and making impactful investment recommendations in the high yield and distressed segments, particularly within consumer and healthcare industries.
