Jeffery Burdeshaw

Jeffery Burdeshaw is Executive Vice President, Equity Capital Markets at R. Seelaus & Co., Inc., where he is responsible for leading the firm’s equity origination and syndication business. Based in New York, he plays a pivotal role in expanding Seelaus’s capabilities in equity capital markets, focusing on equity buybacks, corporate repurchase programs, and equity syndicate transactions across a diverse client base that includes issuers from the Utility, Industrial, Financial, Technology, Media, and Telecom sectors.

With over two decades of experience in equity trading, capital markets, and research, Jeffery previously held senior positions at The Williams Capital Group, L.P., overseeing equity sales and trading, and managing corporate repurchase programs within the minority firm space. He began his career with roles in trading and international equity analysis at Aeltus Investment Management and has a deep expertise in public equity markets and capital raising strategies for both primary and secondary offerings.

Jeffery holds a BS in Finance from the University of Connecticut School of Business and is recognized for his focus on client solutions in equity markets, particularly for diversity-driven and women-owned business initiatives. His leadership has contributed to Seelaus's expansion in both debt and equity capital markets and enhanced its offerings to institutional and corporate clients seeking comprehensive advisory and execution services in public equity transactions.
