Kenny Klein

Kenny Klein is the Chief Executive Officer and Lead Portfolio Manager at Seelaus Asset Management LLC, where he leads the firm’s investment management activities and oversees strategy execution for institutional and private clients. He is responsible for directing customized investment solutions and driving firm growth, leveraging more than 30 years of experience specifically within the credit and fixed income markets.

Throughout his career, Klein has developed deep expertise in managing credit assets, fixed income strategies, and trading across both U.S. and Eurobond markets. Prior to joining Seelaus in 2016, he held senior roles such as President and Chief Investment Officer at Citation Advisors LLC, Lead Portfolio Manager and executive committee member at Aladdin Capital Holdings, and Head of Credit Asset Management for Dresdner Kleinwort LLC. He also occupied senior trading positions at firms including Paine Webber, Oppenheimer & Co., and Salomon Brothers, focusing primarily on credit, corporate, and structured bond markets.

Klein holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Cornell University. Widely regarded for his leadership in credit investing, he is known for launching and overseeing high-performing credit-focused fixed income funds and for his substantive contributions to advancing best practices in credit asset management and fixed income portfolio strategy.
