Lesly Mejia is an Analyst at Seelaus Asset Management, LLC, having joined the firm in April 2024 following her graduation from Saint Peter’s University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management. As part of Seelaus's Analyst Program, she rotates through multiple facets of asset management, gaining hands-on experience in trading, research, operations, and client engagement, with exposure to both fixed income and equity strategies within a firm noted for its focus on diverse and impact-driven investment solutions.

Lesly’s career thus far showcases a commitment to supporting underrepresented communities in finance. Prior to Seelaus Asset Management, she contributed significantly to student success initiatives at Saint Peter’s University as part of the Center for Engagement and Experiential Learning, where she helped fellow first-generation students improve their professional readiness and connections with local partners.

Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree from Saint Peter’s University, a foundational education at Jose Marti STEM Academy, and additional training in Business Fundamentals through Year Up. Lesly brings a fresh perspective to Seelaus, with particular interest in diverse and impact investment strategies—an area where the firm is recognized for leadership and innovation.
