Isaac Hung

Isaac Hung is a Private Equity Associate at Sovereign’s Capital, based in Atlanta, GA, where he focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and managing investments in lower middle market companies. At Sovereign's Capital, his work spans direct investments and co-investments, primarily targeting U.S.-based operating businesses and funds with a strategic emphasis on sectors such as technology, healthcare, business services, and value-add real estate.

Prior to joining Sovereign’s Capital in 2024, Isaac gained hands-on investment experience as an MBA Intern at The Brydon Group, where he supported private equity transactions in service-driven industries, and as a Private Debt & Equity intern at Northwestern Mutual, focusing on alternative investments. He also developed a strong foundation in strategic due diligence and integration management for middle-market M&A transactions as a Director at EY-Parthenon, and has held roles in healthcare and commercialization strategy earlier in his career.

Isaac earned his MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds a BA in Business Economics from UCLA. His expertise lies in private equity, M&A, and strategic operations, with a track record of supporting transactions and value creation across technology, industrials, healthcare, and professional services sectors.
