Robin Kaukonen

Robin Kaukonen serves as Senior Portfolio and Trading Manager at Summit Global Investments, where she oversees portfolio construction, trading execution, and risk management for the firm's global equity and enhanced income strategies. Her responsibilities include managing both mutual funds and ETFs, notably those focused on U.S. large cap, small cap core equities, and enhanced global income asset classes, with attention to strategic and tactical investment implementation.

Kaukonen joined Summit Global Investments in 2022 following her tenure as an Equity Investment Officer at the Oregon State Treasury, where she managed portfolios exceeding $5 billion in assets under management, primarily across public equities. She also previously served as a general partner at Axion Fund and has significant experience as an equity sales trader at major financial institutions.

Robin holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Carnegie Mellon University, underpinning her extensive expertise in portfolio management, equity trading, and institutional asset allocation. Over her 30-plus-year career, she has contributed to the development of robust investment solutions for institutional clients and has played a leadership role in managing equity and multi-asset portfolios across multiple economic cycles.
