Brett Davidson

Brett Davidson is an Equity Research Analyst at Wasatch Global Investors, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. In his current role, he conducts investment research and analysis for the firm’s equity portfolios, with a focus aligned to Wasatch’s specialization in global small- and mid-cap growth equities, and a particular interest in the media and entertainment sectors.

Prior to joining Wasatch in 2022, Brett held roles as an Investment Research Analyst Intern at SFG Asset Advisors and served as a Senior Analyst in Strategy and Business Development at The Walt Disney Company, where he developed deep expertise in the media industry and corporate strategy. His professional background also includes experience at major entertainment studios such as Lionsgate and Warner Brothers, complementing his analytical skill set in the investment domain.

Brett holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management, where he was active in the investment management community, as well as a bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University and a degree from the Institute of Shipboard Education. His combined experience in strategic business analysis and investment research, along with a targeted focus on the media and entertainment industries, positions him as an expert in evaluating growth opportunities within these sectors.
