Longhe Cao

Longhe Cao is an Investment Analyst at Pennington Partners & Co., where he is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and monitoring investments across several asset classes, with a particular focus on private equity and private credit. In his current role, he plays an integral part in evaluating new investment opportunities and supporting portfolio management activities for the firm's diverse client base.

His expertise spans alternative investments, primarily within the private markets, as well as additional sectors covered by the firm. Longhe works collaboratively with senior investment professionals, providing quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform strategic decision-making across multiple asset types.

Longhe holds a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University, graduating summa cum laude, and previously attended Shenzhen Middle School. His strong academic background, combined with his hands-on experience in investment analysis and due diligence, positions him as a valuable contributor to the Pennington Partners investment team.
