Meghan Reynolds

Meghan Reynolds is a Partner and Head of Capital Formation at Altimeter Capital Management, LP, based in California. In her current role, she oversees all aspects of capital formation, investor relations, and fundraising, helping to strategize and drive the firm's relationships with global limited partners and institutional investors. Altimeter Capital is a lifecycle technology investment firm with over $10 billion in assets under management, investing primarily in high-growth technology sectors including enterprise software, fintech, consumer internet, and healthcare technology.

Throughout her career, Meghan has specialized in guiding investment management and private equity fundraising across multiple asset classes, with a distinct focus on technology and innovation-driven companies. Before joining Altimeter, she was the global co-head of Capital Formation for TPG for a decade, contributing to the firm’s growth from $40 billion to $120 billion in assets, and previously worked nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs in their Investment Management Division, concentrating on private markets, venture capital, and alternative investments. She has also held investor relations and venture partner roles at Jazz Venture Partners, where she focused on early-stage technology investments at the intersection of tech and human performance, and has served on boards and as an observer for several health tech and consumer companies.

Meghan earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation. Widely recognized for her expertise in capital strategy and building long-term LP-GP relationships, she is a thought leader in the evolving landscape of venture capital fundraising, often speaking on the crucial interface between asset managers and limited partners, and advising on best practices for strategic capital formation in technology-led sectors.
