Ed Testerman

Ed Testerman is a Partner at King Street Capital Management, where he serves on both the Management Committee and the Global Investment Committee. Based in Charlottesville, he plays a leading role in the firm's capital solutions and opportunistic credit investments, helping to set global investment strategy and deployment across asset classes including private credit and distressed debt.

Ed specializes in multi-strategy credit investing, with a particular focus on private credit, capital solutions, and global credit markets. His expertise extends to identifying and capitalizing on dislocations in the credit and real estate sectors, as well as providing flexible financing solutions where traditional lenders are retrenching.

Prior to joining King Street in 2012, Ed was a Research Analyst at Davidson Kempner Capital Management and began his career as an Analyst in investment banking at Lehman Brothers. He holds a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia, reflecting a strong foundation in finance and investment management.
