Raleigh Nuckols

Raleigh Nuckols is the Chief Investment Officer and Co-Founder of Rush Island Management, a New York-based asset management firm specializing in publicly traded real estate and related securities. At Rush Island, Nuckols is responsible for investment strategy, portfolio construction, and oversight of the firm's research and trading activities, focusing on generating excess returns through a concentrated, fundamental approach to listed real estate equities and related instruments.

Nuckols has extensive experience in the real estate investment sector, having previously served as a Senior Analyst at Long Pond Capital and as an Investment Professional at Farallon Capital Management, where he specialized in public and private real estate investments. His expertise lies in real estate sectors, particularly public REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts), listed real estate companies, and related credit and equity instruments. He is recognized for leveraging deep private equity relationships to inform public market investments.

Nuckols holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
