Matt Wagner

Matt Wagner is a seasoned derivatives trader, currently serving at Simplex Trading LLC in Chicago, where he specializes in the pricing, risk management, and execution of complex derivatives strategies across U.S. equity and options markets. He is known for his expertise in high-frequency and quantitative trading, focusing particularly on listed equity options and index derivatives. At Simplex Trading, Matt applies advanced analytics and technology-driven methodologies to optimize trading performance and systematically manage market risk.

Prior to joining Simplex Trading in September 2021, Matt held similar derivatives trading roles at DV Trading (2016–2020) and Marquette Partners (2011–2015), both prominent proprietary trading firms in Chicago.
